Meet Sophie
Sophie is a 10–12 year old German Shepherd mix who was recently saved after living outside alone through the harsh winter elements. She weighs about 50 pounds and is the sweetest soul you could ever meet.
Sophie is gentle, potty trained, and incredibly loving. More than anything, she just wants to be near someone and feel safe and cared for.
She is heartworm positive, so she will need a calm, quiet foster home where she can rest and recover during treatment. What she really needs most is a warm place, kindness, and someone to love her.
After everything she’s been through, Sophie deserves to spend her days inside, safe, and cherished.
